The Salvadoran Association of Dairy Farmers and Industrialists (ASILECHE) is holding the National Dairy Sector Meeting, El Salvador – Central America (ENLAC 2025) under the theme "innovation, technology, and production trends." The objective is to bring together dairy farmers, industrialists, academics, and suppliers to the dairy sector to exchange knowledge, update technology, and generate business opportunities.
